The Clean Freaks Standard
This is the sequence every job follows, whether it's a studio in JVC or a nine-bedroom in Emirates Hills. The order matters — dust falls downward, so we work downward too.
A supervisor walks the property with you, notes problem areas, tests surfaces for the right chemical, and locks the scope and price in writing before anyone opens a bottle.
Clutter cleared, soft furnishings pulled, appliances moved out, filters removed. We get the room empty enough to actually clean, instead of cleaning around obstacles.
Top to bottom: ceilings, vents and light fittings first, then walls and joinery, then fixtures, then floors last. Steam where it helps, hand-detailing where it doesn't.

Yes. Every cleaner is employed by us, not subcontracted, and carries valid UAE labour documentation. We hold public liability insurance covering damage or loss during a job, and every team member is background-checked before their first shift.
A one-bedroom apartment typically runs 4–6 hours with a two-person team. A three-bedroom villa is usually a full day with three to four cleaners. We size the team to finish in one visit rather than stretching the job across days — you'll get an exact estimate with your quote.
Our default range is Dubai Municipality-approved, low-VOC and food-safe on surfaces. For disinfection we use hospital-grade solutions applied while the space is unoccupied, with a short ventilation window afterwards. Fully fragrance-free and eco-certified options are available on request at no extra cost.
Tell us within 48 hours and we return and re-clean the areas in question free of charge. That's the whole policy — no forms, no argument. It works because the supervisor signs off against the checklist before leaving, so disputes are rare and easy to settle against a written record.
Yes. Bookings and support run 24/7, and we schedule office work on nights and weekends by default so your team isn't disrupted. Residential jobs outside standard hours are available; late-night and holiday slots carry a modest surcharge quoted upfront.
We cover all of Dubai as standard. Sharjah and Abu Dhabi are served for deep cleans, fabric care and commercial contracts, subject to a minimum job value and a travel charge that we confirm before you commit. Northern Emirates by arrangement.
Individuals pay by card, bank transfer or cash on completion. Corporate clients are invoiced monthly with a VAT-compliant tax invoice and standard 30-day terms once an account is opened. Contract clients get a fixed monthly figure so there's nothing to reconcile.
